IMPORTANT: The process of recovering from a lost password consists of six steps:

Enter your e-mail address in the space provided after the label "User's Email Address". Submit your New Password request by pressing the "Send Password" button. The system will send you an E-Mail message with a Web site link which will be used to validate your e-mail address.
Access your e-mails in the normal way and receive the First E-Mail message from this Web site. This message contains a link to a secure area of the Web site. Click on the link contained in the e-mail.
You will then be taken to the Web site where the system will validate your e-mail address and send you another e-mail message.
Access your e-mails again and receive the Second E-Mail message from this Web site. This message contains your new, system-allocated password.
Login to the Web site using your New Password, i.e. the system-allocated password.
Change the system-allocated password to something more meaningful to you by updating your account using the Edit Account facility.
