About the Roster Availability Form

1. The Roster Availability Form enables you to provide us with information about your availability for roster duty.
2. There are 2 forms:
• An availability form for the entire year.
• An availability form for the next two months.
  
3. Each form is available as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
4. To view and/or download a PDF you will need the Adobe Reader program.
5. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Reader, you can download it free of charge here:
6. If you are not able to enter data into the PDF, the most likely reason is that you are using an older version of Adobe Reader.  You can download the latest version by clicking on the Adobe icon above.

How to Access the Form

1. You can access a Roster Availability Form by selecting one of the attached files and clicking on the name of the file.
2. The form is an interactive PDF file which is designed to allow you to enter your details directly into the file.

How to Use the Form

1. If you wish, you can complete the form, print it and send it to the Parish Office at:
