A course providing an overview of the Christian Scriptures. | ||||||||

| For all who want to know more and develop their skills in reading the Bible with understanding. This course is open to all and will suit all levels of learning, from the complete beginner. The course is intended to enable all parishioners to be able to understand the content and composition of the Bible and to place the different books in their own context. No previous experience required. No ‘set texts’ or reading, other than the Bible itself. Notes will be provided. All are welcome. | ||||||||

During 2009 the course was attended by around 20 keen students on Sundays from 5pm to 6.30pm in the Guild Room. In 2010 the course will be scheduled for an evening during the week, commencing after Easter. | ||||||||
