Couples can use their own caterers but an additional bond is required which will be refunded after the reception on condition that the hall is left clean. In addition, third party liability insurance must be arranged through the Diocese – forms are enclosed in this folio.

Liquor licenses – if liquor will be served at your wedding reception then a liquor license is required. This can be arranged through your nominated caterer. If you are not planning to use a caterer then you must apply for a liquor license from Stonnington Council.
